Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a standard rate reservation 7 days prior to check-in without any penalty. The first night of the reservation will be charged if canceled after that.

Age

You must be 18 yrs of age or older to rent a room. Proof of ID will be required on arrival.

Full payment is due at check-in.
A 3.75% credit card surcharge will be added.

Incidentals

A credit card must be on file or a $150 cash deposit is due at check-in.

No smoking in the rooms

If smoking in the room occurs you will be asked to leave and a $250 cleaning fee will be charged to the room.

Excessive cleaning

If excessive cleaning is required, a fee will be charged.
